Method 1 (Easy)
Get the switch at the left, then run to the right and fall down to the second level, with mines and a zap drone. Depending upon how daring you are, there are three key points to this part of the level. The depressed part with a space between two mines is far enough away from the drone that you take refuge for a few seconds. The little hump without mines is where you spring to the third point, the switch. As the drone is on the left side, you can jump over the drone to the switch as the drone goes to the bottom to return.
Exit the area, to a more spacey area guarded by two gauss turrets. Enter that straight area near the left side and collect the switch. Then run out as fast as you can, because the turret at the top will spot you and aim at you. If you hold right you should make it past the gauss turret without a problem. Then systematically collect all of the switches, using the bounceblocks to move from level to level.
After collecting all of the switches, walljump to the exit.
