As soon as you start, hold down right and you'll dodge the rocket and trigger the 2 switches, then, go back up to the top, getting the exit switch on the way and hold right again and jump at the last moment, you'll get another 2 switches. Then to get the last switches you can do whatever you like, its quite simple.
