[edit] Method 1: Easy

Jump through the first gap, and land on the right side of the second box. Jump through the second gap, and try to land on the curve down below on the left side. Use the momentum you gained to jump through the next gap. Collect the key, and drop down and to the right. Do just like you did with the earlier floorguard; use the momentum to propel yourself. Drop down onto the door.
