Method 1 (Easy)
Looks like a piece of cake upon first sight, though it is a bit more frustrating than appears due to the several gauss turrets.
Hit the first launchpad. Practically go straight upwards, then drop down to the left side to get the gold. Quickly walljump off to distract the gauss turret, then jump over to the center. Jump against the ceiling, and then hold right, which will cause you to hover in mid-air, letting you to collect the switch.
Jump over to the second "cake" (bottom right) and collect the switch in a similar manner, then jump over to get the gold. Then drop down and hit the launchpad, walljumping against the top right piece of the bottom right cake. This will give you enough propulsion to land right where the gold is at the top right. Get across to the left side like you did on the bottom, except this time going left. After getting the gold, jump out to the top.
Here's arguably the hardest part. You have to collect the exit switch with a gauss turrets surrounding it on three sides. The speed way is to grab the switch, then to fall down directly to the door, letting your corpse smash into the bottom shaft. In order to avoid the turrets on the same vertical line as your descent, jump out to slightly right of them when falling down, and use the curve to break your fall.
The slow way is to just jump right from cake to top right cake, then slowly descend. The use the curved part of the outside of the bottom shaft to reach the exit.
