Method 1 (NEHS)
This level is divided into two floors. The bottom floor consists of four "mine columns". To jump over the columns, keep jump pressed as long as possible, then move over the columns. On the two "up humps", don't get on the humps, just jump from the flat ground. The top floor is easier, and you can simply do some accurate jumping to get past it. Activate the terminal at the end, and step into the exit.
